Abstracts should be submitted in .docx or .doc format (Microsoft Word or Office Open) using the electronic submission platform at the meeting website during registration, suggesting the desired presentation type (oral or poster).
Each registered participant will be able to submit a maximum of two abstracts.
The official language of the meeting is English.
Acceptance of abstracts
Notification of the review process will be sent by March 15th 2025. Accepted abstracts will be published in the Book of Abstracts (only abstracts from participants with paid registration fees will be included).
